Lush

This is a fun language to use. It's obscenely easy to learn, interacts natively with C and FORTRAN, and ships with a whole ton of stuff. It's only flaw is that some of it's C library bindings are decaying, but this seems to be in favor of better support for Python and Java interfacing.
