It is THE app that I was looking for. Unfortunately not supported on Android 4.x. Working great on Gingerbread on my Samsung I9003.

For me on Win XP, the sync olny works the first time. I have to reinstall java? to have it syncing again. Weird. Apart from the Andriod calendar looking cheap compared to my old Nokia, this has the potential to be a perfect application. :)
