When I try to run Regressive Imagery Analysis on Win7, ljArchive crashes after the initial setup part.

Since other ways of exporting comments on LiveJournal are also broken, it looks like an LJ-side issue and developers are aware.

According to a post I saw at the LjArchive community on Livejournal, the issue isn't to do with synching enties; it's a problem with synching comment threads. That means problem can be worked around for now by turning off comment downloads. This can be done by going into LjArchive's 'Edit' menu and then the 'Journal Settings' panel, and unchecking the tick box for comment archiving. I tried this...

Plainly I hadn't looked in the right places. Almost everybody reporting this problem is creating a separate entry rather than commenting on an existing post.
I find the organization of this forum a bit puzzling. Maybe they do too. ... And if that's so, I wonder if anyone will even see this comment.
