Note: The 3.x.x series kernels are also supported by the packages in the linux-gpib for 2.6.x kernels folder.
The latest release (linux-gpib-3.2.21) has been tested on linux version 3.18.0 from kernel.org
ISA support: Starting with linux-gpib release 3.2.20 when configuring
for pcII and pcIIa board types on pre 3.12 linux kernels
the --enable-isa must now be used: ./configure --enable-isa
For linux kernel versions >= 3.12.0 ISA is automatically
enabled if it has been enabled in the kernel build.
CONFIG_ISA is a new kernel configuration parameter for 32bit
x86 systems in 3.12.0 and later kernels.
