It seems the kernel currently used is quite outdated. Is it possible to port the patches to a newer 2.4 version? (Or even 2.6!)

can you add pcmcia to usb support in the kernel so that one anc plug in any usb device and access it eg: usb harddrive , usb to bluetooth, usb printer.

Compact Flash support works on the netBook. This is a major hurdle overcome. Unfortunately interrupts are not yet handled.
