  • Parallel Chats

Hello! It would be nice if I could open several parallel chats with different users. eg: - Chat "Development" with User1, User2 and User3 - Chat "Finance" with User2, User5, User6 and User7 thanks in advance.

  • Is LAN Messenger thread-safe?

Hi, Ken. Are you ok? I am looking for a library to implement a UDP/Client-Server service in my software and saw your job. Than, I would like to know if your code is ready thread-safe, to avoit infites loops or crash in the application. If it is, how can I break a read/send with problem? I am very glad for your help. Thanks, Ricardo Ildefonso Londrina - Brasil...

  • Windows Shutdown

Users are unable to shutdown/logoff if the program is running in the system tray. When they close out the program they are able to shutdown/logoff but only if they manually exit the program. Is there a setting that we are missing? Otherwise this program is exactly what we needed to run internal chat. Simple and direct. Thanks in advance.

  • Comment: No auto-focus on new chat windows option

Turns out it's easier to auto-focus when creating a new window than to not, but it's done. Added in 1.5.1.2 :). Options > IM Options > Prevent focus steal (on by default).

  • Comment: No auto-focus on new chat windows option

Certainly. I will add this to the next release. Thanks for the feedback. :)
