I've tryed to create bug entry but upload limit for attacment is 256Kb (my sample file is bigger - about 600kb zipped). I I don't know how to send it mail to your sourceforge e-mail (if I try to send message via web interface, it's not possible to add attachment).
I can upload it somewhere on my site?.

or i believe you can open a bug entry and upload there
either way, like i said, some files just really dont follow the spec microsoft posted for biffs and doesnt know how to read some ot them, a re-save of the file can somtimes help
but ill take a look anyway if you send/post the file.

do you have a sample file?
certain files that do not explicitly meet the spec can error out, excel is able to handle them nicely of course.

When I try to open some excel file (xls) I get error:
