The multiple-select box used for picking who splits a
bill is annoying when using a one-button
mouse/trackpad. It would be nice to have a
configuration option to change that to a list of
checkboxes.

well, technically this bug doesn't exist since the totals
were removed... but we do have to add something similar back in.

Correct. The error is if the recipient doesn't have a
paypal email address. Currently, the paypal now button
doesn't pass paypal account information for the payee.

Scenario:
1) User A goes to new_bill.php (and is assigned bill #N)
2) User B goes to new_bill.php before User A finishes,
and is also assigned bill #N)
3) User A submits his bill, still using #N
4) User B submits his bill, also using #N.
No errors are indicated, but the database is going to
be inconsistent.
IMHO the solution is to defer assigning bill numbers
until when the...
