  • Comment: Transaction to asset is added twice to payee list of transac

You can take it as feature request, if you want. - It is just a question of definition. I your spreadsheet program will tell you, that 1+1=3, you can sure request new feature consisting in telling the correct result, e.i. that 1+1=2. :-) .... From my point of view, telling that 1+1=3 is a bug. Yes, the last article could be taken as feature request. I took it just, as an idea, how to avoid...

  • Comment: Transaction to asset is added twice to payee list of transac

As far as I'm concerned, this is a feature request, not a bug.

  • Transaction to asset is added twice to payee list of transac

If I buy an asset from a company, the transaction is added to the transaction list for this company twice. First as "+" corresponding to the transfer of my money to the company, what is correct, but second time as "-" corresponding to the transfer of my asset from money-shape to the shape of fixed asset, what is wrong. Example: I will take 100.000.-€ from my valet and pay it to developer...

  • Comment: Net worth by month incorrect for stocks with odd lots

I just checked my file, which has odd lots, and it displays the results correctly. Make sure the fraction for your stock is set to display 2 decimal numbers. Also, if your base currency is set to display 0 decimal places and you are using version 1.0.2 or less, it might be due to a bug that has already been fixed in CVS.

  • Net worth by month incorrect for stocks with odd lots

If, for example, you own 292 shares of a stock "ABC" valued at $47.74 per share, the net worth by month report shows the incorrect amount $13,940.00 instead of $13,940.08. It seems to round to the nearest dollar, which normally is not noticeable unless you own an "odd lot" number of shares in a stock.

  • Usability hint for this really great app

If one decides "cancel" after opening a SQLLite database from the file menu, one still gets the database connection dialogue. Maybe this should be suppressed in such a situation?.

  • Comment: Crash during opening a legacy kmy file

Would you be so kind to open a request for enhancement for the db dialog improvement? TIA.

  • Comment: Crash during opening a legacy kmy file

Thank's, that worked for me. There was 1 consistency problem in my file: It was about a split booking S0002 in a scheduled payment 'abc', which was said to have a reference to an invalid account S0002. I figured out the account no. was something like A000079 ... but I cannot understand how that could happen as I didn't change anything in the accounts configuration when using that file with kmm...
