TrAp (Tree Approach to clonality)

We recommend to download the latest version of TrapWithDependencies.jar file which can be run as

java -server -jar TrapWithDependencies.jar

This will start a GUI with instructions to perform the main tasks. Source code and Javadoc API is also available


A TrAp.jar file without dependencies can also be downloaded and used after downloading all dependencies in the external_libraries folder. 

Sample input files can be found under "examples" and can be run by
java -server -jar TrapWithDependencies.jar figure1.txt
