The new KBtin requires the iconv library, but is not properly set up to verify its installation on freebsd and to use the iconv library there.
In addition, freebsd seems to have multiple iconv interfaces - there's an iconv port, a libiconv gnu library, and possibly native iconv support.

The client miss the support of clear screen when CLS escape sequence is received. It would be great to have this feature.
