Aha, I chose mjpeg instead of kvcd and it works now. Kvcd
should still work though....

Hello, excellent simple program. Been keeping an eye on
it for a long time.
I like to use it to convert AVI to DVD mostly (720x576
and 352x288).
Selected the AVI, select DVD, change res to 720x576 and
EXECUTE! I get this from transcode in the error messages:
|E| sh: -c: line 0: unexpected EOF while looking for
matching `''
|E| sh: -c: line 1: syntax error: unexpected end of file...

Could you add a debian sarge package in addition to the
tar.gz? I want kavi2svcd to be maintained by the
package system and not by my own install hacks.

Hi.
Would you please include a kavi2svcd.desktop file to be
used for automatic menu integration of the tool?
Additionally an icon would be needed.

Most interesting thing is, that i replaced the QProcess with KProcess.
Thus the processes (transcode, mplex...) won't hang anymore.
