If you want to create your own version, just download MinGW-w64 ( no MSys needed ) and perhaps use the GccWin.mak supplied with JWasm as a template.
However, don't expect anything peculiar from this variant. It is not faster, on the contrary, it is significantly slower than the 32-bit variant. I don't know why.

with jwasm v2.07, an experimental 64-bit Windows version has been created with MinGW-w64.
Some brief tests showed that it "works". I don't know if it is stable.
