What is this second exe that comes in the jstart32-0.3.zip file: JStartTemp.exe? I could find no mention of it on any of the pages of information about jstart32.

jstart32 does not "include" anything, so the resulting exe never contains any jars, or other files. It just gives you a simple exe file which wraps the nasty "java -jar ..." call and does some pre-checks.

jStart32 is a small tool for creating exe wrappers to java applications.
Command line parameters can now be passed from the exe to your java app.
