Julian year would be a nice addition to Jconvert a julian year is exactly 365.25 days.

Add the custom conversion below. Notice how when you get the decimal conversion, it is correctly changing a century from 100 years to 15 years. But the fractional conversion still shows 100. It should show 15 as well.
