There is incorrect implementation of Cart Revolution in
16xx and 17xx versions on jAthena. It should push 2
tiles west as it does now. But the area of splash
damage (3x3) is calculated wrong.
What do we have now? The targeted mob (only one!) is
pushed 2 tiles west then splash damage occurs around
him. That makes you impossible to mobtrain because you
can't push back mobs from...
