Newly created windows have too short ranges for their scrollbars, so that the last few lines of text or emails in the list cannot be reached. resizing the window always fixes this.

compiling ishmail 2.1.0 fails on IRIX 6.5 with both gcc 3.4 and MIPSpro 7.4. The enclosed patch is a quick and dirty attempt to fix all the issues both compilers have with the source.
