Does exactly what's advertised. Although I had backed up my music a couple months ago, I had to restore my computer from scratch and all my newer songs (last couple months) were ONLY on my IPod. This utility recreated my music files from scratch. A neat feature, is that it allowed me to store it using subfolders genre/artist/album .... As a byproduct of that - it found errors in my id3 tags that I didn't even know were there.

There are so many being sold out there or has limited trial limitations, this one was free, smooth and delivered exactly what I wanted "Copy my mp3s from IPod". Just need to make sure Java (JRE) is installed. Excellent!

Just make sure you install Java and this program works perfectly. Strongly recommend !!
