Upload a image (635x945 in my case, image is taller than its width)
Then start editing the image, select crop. Scroll down to bottom of the image and try to crop.
The cropping area will go to the top of the image, not there where you made the area.
The cropping area can be dragged to the place you wanted it in the first place.
I was able to reproduce the bug on Firefox 2.0 and IE7.0.
