With Icewm you don’t use up your time searching the Web for "how to" do this or that. All configuration items have obvious names and syntax, and are in text files with obvious locations and names. In a word: KISS !

Number one choice, if you grew on XP. It has no superfluous features, yet any I ever realy used in other WMs is not missing here.
