Not sure what I was thinking when I released the original 0.04. But it was cracked out. Please download this version. Everything should be good this time around. Sorry it took so long for me to fix everything.

This release cleans up some code and totally revamped the configuration file. It's XML based now. Be sure to look at the example.

i have a script i wrote that uses `echo` to write
entries to its own log file every five minutes. iblm
does not show the entire log file update, leaves out
approx 3 lines. not sure why, maybe have something to
do with the fact that i am using `echo` rather than a
fopen or the like.
