  • Please add the following for Zen Mosaic support

Hi The following line needs adding to the default /etc/udev/rules.d/45-libnjb.rules in order for the Creative Zen Mosaic player to work with Gnomad2. Without this line, it is only possible to mount the device as root and any files transferred have root permissions applied as you would expect. This has been tested on several systems and works fine, just needs adding to the package. Many people...

  • Comment: Gnomad2 does not detect my Zen Microphoto

Ok, I discovered what caused my problem, but I dunno weather this is a bug or a feature? When I plugin my ZEN device a icon of the device appears on the desktop. Starting Gnomad gives me the error: "no jukeboxes found on the usb bus". If I now unmount the device, but keep it plugged in, and then start Gnomad then everything works perfectly! Perhaps this is something to notice in the manual? Or...

  • Is it possible to preserve folder structure?

I can't figure out how to preserve folder structure (ex. when you open the zen in a file browser such as an Xbox 360, you have Music/Artist/Album/music-files, rather than every individual track being dumped into the music folder). From reading the feature requests, it seems that this topic has come up many times and that it is implemented, but I'm stumped as to how. I'm using Creative Zen...
