GnoCHM 0.9.11 (on Fedora 11) doesn't display correctly a page containing some CSS styles with "margin" directives. With Firefox and Internet Explorer, it's OK. Below, a small HTML page which permits to reproduce the problem:

  • Request to allow Menu, Toolbar and Sidebar font size change

I am planning on using GnoCHM to create Help files for senior aged people who may have difficulty reading smaller font sized menus, toolbar labels/tooltips and the Contents, Index, Search and Bookmark text. It would be nice to have a preference that would allow the font size of these items to be changed. Thanks. Mark Gump MGumpQCC@Verizon.net.

  • Maximium number of entries in recents menu preferences

The GnoCHM help documentation online says the the number of entries in recents menu in the Preferences can be set to be up to 20. In the version of the program I am trying, the maximum value is 10. I am using the version 0.9.11 free version on a Ubuntu Gnome 9.04 system. Mark Gump MGumpQCC@Verizon.net 9-8-2009.

  • Comment: Speed up index generation

I second this. Specially for files generated with DOxygen-like programs can be very slow. The lcl.chm (from the Lazarus project documentation) in the below archive takes 20secs to open on a 2GHz Core2 machine http://www.stack.nl/~marcov/doc-chm.zip.

  • starting gnochm maximized

Is there a way to start gnochm fullscreen (maximized with menu bars etc.)? It's a real pain having to wait for a manual like PHP to load and then to have to click maximize every time.
