Ok accepted. This bug because sfx archive built by localized
(russian ) winrar version. Workaround is: just press "Enter"
or "left-bottom" (that is Extract) button to start extracting. It
will be corrected in next release.

I tray to install client Gisar on my computer (Windows
XP Professional Sp2) when the installer window display
unreadable phrases and words (all char "?").
Despite the confusion arising from them I hit the
focused button and the installation procede
