Geopard Server (uses OpenStreetMap): host your own <5-meters-precision mapping server
Geopard Admin (uses JOSM): edit the server's maps
Geopard Client / mobiles phones (uses Nutiteq's j2me-maps-lib): browse your Geopard Server's maps on mobiles
