Get an email when there's a new version of Google Contact Sync with Windows Mail

This project is exactly what is says. The only other software available to do this is GCalDaemon, but this software does not sync contacts 2 ways. This project uses Contacts .Net and Google Contacts Data API. The code is relatively simple.
