DownloadGraphCalc is a very gui graphing calculator. It has been called a good replacement for a TI-85. It is a must for any high school math student.

You don't always need a fancy graphing calculator capable of doing both 2D and 3D graphing, but you will at some point, and when you do, you'll be glad to have this.
