I don't know if I mentioned this, but the 11/2/09 stats-diffs.diff has implemented through the StandardBotDialog (using included new lua functions) a way to repair taken over bots.
It also modifies the bot information screen prior to hacking to show your previous hack success rate against that type of bot.

Hmm, sounds interesting. Would make things feel a bit more real especially in our "limited resources" world.
If it's easy enough to do, then why not?
The follow up question is of course, how many items should be remembered? For sure not 100, maybe the last 5-10 you sold that specific npc?.

Hmm, hairy you say? Mayby you could code a razor to shave it off? ;)
In any case, it's an after 0.13 prio bug, so not too urgent (besides I'm effectively the only affected user currently :D)
Dropping prio a bit more due to complexity vs affected users, :)

I wasn't doing anything particular, I was walking to the city for the first time, I hit the wall east of the entrance. Once I get to within a few steps of the wall, the game dropped some frames like it was loading a map or something and then couldn't move. He can turn and attack but not move.

Could you please also attach your Buzmali.shp file, and give us some more info on what happend ? What were you doing when you get stuck ? From where were you coming, and where were you going ? What do you mean with "and the game skipped a beat" ?
Thx for the report, but without some more informations, it will be hard to find any potential bug, and fix it.

Hi,
I'd like to add one thing to that: currently NPCs have no memory of what you sold them or not, and if you sell them something you cannot get it back. It has become common, in video games, that NPCs have a persistent inventory, ie. if you buy something it's not here any longer and if you sell something it's available in the NPC inventory afterwards.
Do we want that additional feature or...
