What's happening?

  • Comment: 640x480, keychart: move text more to the left

    *And he never came back again...* Sorry, I wasn't able to fix it. I set the value to 250 and there was still some (but less) text cut off. Maybe the only solution is to scale the the size of the text down. rev. 2265 Thank you for your fine work! Matthias Krüger.

    Hi, rev. 2264 makes things work as expected. However, waypoint and floor tile selection are currently useless. You might want to open an RFE asking for the removal or improvement of those "features".

    Hi, the select tool is intended to select the currently selected object type. So if you are in an obstacle tab, it will select obstacles. If you are in a floor tiles tab, it will select floor tiles (yes, it works, but you can do nothing with the selected floor tiles). If you are in a waypoints tab... it will not select waypoints. Hence the popup which indeed does not work well.

    Hi, thanks for your suggestion Matthias. Counting from rev. 2263, the README is generated from the manual. I am now waiting for Stedevil to update the manpage from the README, and remove the README from the svn completely.

  • Bots need "Special item to drop"

    In my current quest for removing "how on earth did that bot drop THAT" from the game, I realized it would be very useful if it was possible to specify eg 1 special item that this bot was very likely to drop. Eg chainsaw by the Harvesters, plasma pistol by 139, etc etc My aim is to mostly remove items drops (though not from chests), but some things are logical that certain specific bots...
