In the current protocol, the dealer broadcast the same seed to each player when start a new deal. Each player then use the same seed to generate its own suit. In theory, each player can also use this seed to generate opponent's suits. It is not desirable in the game.
Suggest to change the protocol to distribute suite directly instead of distributing seeds.
