It should be able to use the WIFI if its connected, or use the BES (MDS) to reach the internet, or other connections.

i have timezone +1 here but evemsp always saves finished skills in "eve-time". i already tried the option "fix timezone" in the java-app, without success.
currently i have a skill running 15:15 hours - started from 18:15 o'clock - finish time is 8:30. i tried this with "fix timezone" on and off.
correct finish time has to be 9:30.
any idea?
