DownloadEmmabuntüs is a desktop GNU/Linux distribution based on Debian Stable on XFCE/LXQt, made specifically for refurbished computers destined for humanitarian organisations, and to promote the discovery of GNU/Linux by beginners, as well as to extend the lifespan of hardware and to reduce over consumption & waste in electronics.
It strives to be beginner-friendly and reasonably light on resources so that it can be used on older computers. It also includes many modern features, such as a large number of pre-configured programs for everyday use, dockbar for launching applications, easy installation of non-free software and media codecs, and quick setup through automated scripts.

Please send me an email to respond to why Emmabuntus 3 is having the internet and system hang up and not respond though live usb. I like your distro but here lately the LTS 14.04, every version is doing strange things and locking up the screen and the user is forced to shut the whole system down and start again. I use Rufus and the other main installer of the live usb. I have installed the Emmabuntus 3 and downloaded the .iso file 3 times and no success and i have downloaded both i386 and amd64 versions, no success! Thank you and some of the children programs here in the United States force a quit automatically and doesn't load the specific part of the app you are accessing!
