The installer assumes that both Qt 4 and MinGW are present on your system and therefore doesn't include dlls from those packages. In contrast "standalone" packages make no such assumption and come with Qt and MinGW dlls to ensure that Edyuk runs out of the box without any extra dependency (but at the expense of a bigger download...).

Some more information: I use the installer v1.1.1. Aparently the file isn't included in the installer for v1.1.1 but is included in the standalone package v1.1.0.
