New installation works only in SAFARI.

Hello,
I try to install script on web-server.
Made a folders and copy files.
Made a DB and import .sql - db was created
Now when open in browser I see a text:
e-bills: Web Billing System
Please click below to start e-Bills.
and button.
On click it is empty popup window. No life...
What I have to do?

I am receiving this same error:
Configure: Set Billing Organisation details
Updated failed.
Please log a fault.
user has all permissions, I can view active users: but anything regarding the billing / configuration returns the Updated Failed.

I am trying to compile the billing engine on Fedora Core 8
I have the following error which i cant understand
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lmysql
i have tried my best to figure it out but in vain

This has been closed as there is no strong market need for this feature at this point. In a way the telecoms format billing has superceded.
Re-create if need becomes large.

The ebills customer portal contains this sort of functionality. Customers need to be provided with their own login ID (email address) and a password.
Usually this would be integrated with a web based customer registration screen that would autogenerate the password and email it to them. This is then self managing by the customer.
