The Duo code was revamped a lot since this ticket was opened, and the development of Duo is now managed on Launchpad:
https://launchpad.net/duo
We believe that the screen resolution problem has been resolved, or should be handled in the code hosted on Launchpad. Please feel free to reopen a bug request over there if the behaviour is still not correct.

The "Inv" card (according to the log), which I believe to be the "Reverse" card does not seem to work properly in a two player game. In the case of "Player 1" and "Player 2", if Player 1 plays an Inv, it should skip Player 2's turn and go back to Player 1, but it doesn't. You don't understand the game play! Please close thid defect.
When any play cannot play the correct colour card, they have to draw from the pile.
If the card that is drawn can be played, you may play it at that point.
If you cannot play a card, you must pass.
It seems that you are describing a situation where the computer player cannot play, draws, and then plays that card.
Turn on the log...

Did anyone else notice that the number of cards
remaining for some of the computer players is shown
inaccurately? Sometimes it looks like some of the
computer players only has 1 card left, but they play
that card and still have cards left. I just noticed
this with player 2 (top-right). Is this a bug?
Thanks.
