Unfortunately, you can't. Milters work independently of each other. You'll need to have the other milters (greylisting, spamfiltering, etc.) to implement DNSWL lookups.

DNSWL suggests to skip greylisting and/or further spamfiltering for medium/high ranked ip adresses. To date there's no way to achieve this with Sendmail. Would it be possible for dnsbl-milter to somehow have other milters skipped based on the ranking of the whitelisted ip?.
