Solid program making work flow convenient.

This soft seems a very useful & powerful window manager! For years I seek one that works on Win 9x-ME-XP-7. If it doesn't work on these Win do you know one? Most of technology advances can be good but I think bad the always excessive & faster obsolescence force us to have different soft versions or softs to do the same on each SO we need & on each time period. :( So, for easier life, I always prefer what works on Win 9x-ME-XP-7. :)

Awesome program just because it does all the stuff powermenu does, but without any bugs on windows 7. And i need always-on-top and transparency features like air to breathe!

Still it remains the most important hotkey on my pc, on the job as well as at home: Win-Y calls a quick menu with the programs I need to access the quickest e.g. during a phone call or a meeting (at home it invokes players, editors, and stuff, of course). Semi-transparent windows always-on-top make copy-paste-sprees sufferable, and the priority chooser (I admit) prevents my music box from slowing down the start-up of heavy-weight applications. My heart would break if the development of this indispensible jewel ceased. BTW, it works fine for me on Windows 7 64bit.
