  • Comment: dnserror config ignored

I found the tempfail problem was due to a bug in a graylister. But dk-filter still has a problem with the dns configuration stuff.

  • dnserror config ignored

I use option -C dns=a,int=a but I get signature verification failed: DNS error or timeout for `grahamcrackers._domainkey.pmailus.com' causing tempfail. I scanned the source and cfg_dnserr is set but never used. That still does not explain the tempfail because all the output codes should be accept.

  • Signing mail sent by another computer

We have sendmail and dk-milter setup and working on a RHEL-5 box. Using sendmail locally to send an email to my yahoo account results in a validated domainkeys signed message. What we need to do, however, is take mail relayed by our Windows SQL server using CDOEX and sign it before relaying it to its destination. • Signatures on large messages don't verify

I installed dk-milter v1.0.2 for sendmail and got the emails successfully signed. However, it works only for emails about 8KB (or less) in size. Verification for emails above 8KB fails. Tested using Yahoo and Gmail. Has anyone, encountered this before? How do I fix this? I used the following: sendmail-8.13.8-2 openssl-0.9.8e-7.

  • Comment: Interoperability problem with IronPort

Please, find body and headers of the dk-failed message attached. These files are clear text. The original attachment is in msg format (MS Outlook message format) and is most likely a binary. It may be opened using some perl script http://wiki.sabayonlinux.org/index.php?title=HOWTO:_Read_Microsoft_Outlook_.MSG_files_in_Linux. Thank you for your assistance.

  • Comment: Interoperability problem with IronPort

That message appears to be in some format I can't read. It's mostly binary data. Please attach something in cleartext, or better yet something gzipped to preserve CRLF and such.
