These are the installer/updaters for devkitPro toolchains.
The exe is obviously the installer/updater for windows and provides all 3 current toolchains.
devkitARMupdate.pl will install/update devkitARM on OSX/Linux devkitPPCupdate.pl will install/update devkitPPC on OSX/Linux
The devkitPSP tarballs can just be extracted on OSX/Linux, it needs no other support files.
