I use very long passwords from https://www.grc.com/passwords.htm (I keep them in a file in a truecrypt volume).
To reproduce bug:
1 - Change password on last.fm to be a long password (in my case it is 63 characters)
2 - Attempt to send .scrobbler.log file
3 - You will get an error claiming the password does not correct
4 - Change password to shorter password (I tested 10 characters)

On my laptop running Mac OS 10.5, I cannot choose the .scrobbler.log file from the dialog because files begining with dot are hidden by default (in both the gui and ls). This is not a problem on my linux box as you can just specify the path, but not so on the mac.
Can you change the interface to give the option of typing the path directly instead of leaving that to the file browser of the...

Introduces a new tracking system to follow your forked submissions to the end!
When logs are forked it is impossible to tell if it has been accepted or not, so this ID system will allow you to track the submission and see it's outcome. It also cuts down on resources when sending the logs to the background. Currently in testing on demo site this new feature requires mysql access.
