Please be aware that Windows creates a hidden "System Volume Information" directory after formatting an USB drive.
Remove this hidden directory, for instance using cmd:
rd /s "D:\System Volume Information" (change D:\ to the drive letter of your USB drive !!!)
Open core2usb and double click on the USB drive, to enable the the Install button.
Tested with Windows 10 1909

On my Win8.1 box it always says "device not empty" no matter what USB stick and what formatting I use, e.g. freshly formatted with FAT32. There is no help, no support, only a path to a logfile somewhere deep in the windows directory tree. Not good for me.

Does not work under windows 10. I formated the thumb drive twice, application says that it is not empty. I used Etcher, it worked without issues. www.balena.io/etcher/

Same as other negative reviews - doesn't work and there's no help.

This application's entire purpose is to make installation of Tiny Core Linux on USB effortless, it fails hard, it can't even recognize my empty pen drive as empty.
