About this beta release.

This is the first beta release of a portable version of CodeSnip that runs from
writeable removable storage and makes no changes to the host system.
There are two zip files:
1 codesnip-exe-4.0.1-portable-beta.1.zip
A zip archive containing the executable file, help file and assorted
documentation.
To install simply create a directory on a suitable removable storage medium
and copy the files from the zip file into it.
Run the program by double clicking on it from Explorer or by typing
"CodeSnip-p" from a command line opened on the program directory.
