Project requirements should probably be more explicit about being dependent on SF 'exuberant-ctags' project, not the vendor-supplied 'ctags' binary. It would also be nice if there was a means of specifying the path to the ctags binary from command line (since OS supplied /usr/bin/ctags came first on my PATH).

removeEmptyClasses.py: CodeToTest.utils.log().debug("ignored class %s (%s,%i) because its has no elements"%(ElementNode.name,ElementNode.filename,ElementNode.lineno))
should probably read "... because it has no elements..."
