Ease of use is important when coding. Why figure out a tool when you just want to work? Relying on Java Reflections the application gives you a full overview of a class, from its public methods, constructors and fields to its superclass and interfaces in an easy to use interface. Clarity and easy of use are the priorities.
Need even more class info? Application can open your preferred browser--tell it what you like in ClassViewerConfig.xml--to javadocs right to the method with a double-click.
Looking over your own code? Then tell it that it is local and it can open with your preferred text editor. And can open to the method if your text editor supports a line number as an argument, which gedit does so highly recommend it. That's a fun feature.
Configured by an XML file. Is a stateless app.
