If I try to compile clamcour with clamav more recent than 0.90rc2, I get this error message:`cl_loaddbdir' undeclared and it stops.
Any fix possible?.

- Added GZip compression for quarantine
- FIXED: Some code was non included correctly, according to BZip2/GZ library presence.
- Quarantine file name is composed differently, so it can be sorted easily.
