Actually getting a paypal account is pretty easy, just like a user registration on a web site. If you don't the money for yourself, perhaps you can use it to put a "bounty" (to encourage potentail developers) on specific features/bugs you want to work on but can't find the time.
It's your decision of course, mine was just a suggestion.

Since the project is essentially dormant, the best way to donate to the project is with code or translations, or pay someone you know to contribute code/translations.
I'm the most recently active developer, but I don't have a paypal account or credit card and my time is too limited to work on Chromium BSU right now, short of merging patches perhaps.
