User Reviews

  • This does not work with XEmacs at all. It does not build at all when specifying EMACS=xemacs and if you specify EMACS=emacs during the build, it will not load under xemacs. I spent a lot of time trying to get this to work for xemacs, but have given up because it is not possible to figure out all of the problems in the build If it is not made to work with XEmacs, it should not be advertised to work with XEmacs. It is not really that difficult to make the vast majority of stuff work with both and localize the stuff that is different to just a few functions. If you do not want to support certain operations in xemacs because it is too difficult to make it work, then limit what is not provided to just those things.
