cce2k does not compile on gcc4.
suggestions:
1. use formal expression syntax;
2. always include system headers before your private headers.

1. man and info commands behave badly throught UTF-8
filter in console.
2. man and info commands behave badly in X11 through
libggi and libsdl, also can't handle PAGEUP and
PAGEDOWN correctly.
3. first in cce, then `top`, press "q", followed by
several "Enter", there has "Segmentation Fault"
happened. This is a bug in both modes.

* Fix deprecated cast-as-lvalue, which will cause
warnings in GCC >= 3.3.4.
* Move Config File to /etc/cce.cfg
* Fix warning messages while compiling.
* Fix incorrect linux's default framebuffer driver.
* Adjust DESTDIR variable handling while `make install`.
* Let broken --enable-x11font --enable-debug works.
You should run aclocal(1.8.5), automake(1.8.5),
autoconf after patch.

using cce-0.51-02132004-dist.tgz :
specifying DESTDIR during an 'install' gives incorrect
results
e.g.
make install DESTDIR=/my/root
a) some files are installed under /my/root/my/root i.e.
$(DESTDIR) taken twice
(errors in fonts/Makefile)
b) symlinks are produced with absolute path
e.g.
ls -la /my/root/usr/local/bin/ :
-rwsr-xr-x cce
lrwxrwxrwx cceb5 ->...
