the source can't be compiled due to absence of the file "rcAPI.h". How can I get it?

Binaries were compiled with RCSDK v8.4 which should extent range of supported cameras.

I use a Canon EOS 350D and use dcam to take pictures
directly to my pc. Sometimes I can't get a picture.
from time to time it just hangs and I get the following
error:
gcan -v shot "C:\temp\image.cr2" --confirm N

When shooting to camera flash disk, photo is taken but
software stay 1 minute in busy state and error is
returned.
Shot [PICT_TO_CAM]!
