  • Hi, when I try to convert an ANTS affine matrix to FSL format doing: c3d_affine_tool ANTSmat.txt -ref myref -src mysrc -ras2fsl -o FSLmat.txt I get: terminate called after throwing an instance of 'char const*' Aborted (core dumped) ---------------------------------------------- Even executing c3d_affine_tool ANTSmat.txt I get the same error. It seems like the tool cannot read an ANTS affine matrix -------------------------------------------------------- Any solution for this problem, please? Thank you very much, Moises.
  • Just plain awesome. Yes, some functionality is not implemented yet, but what is already available is sufficient for most low level image processing problems.
  • It was perfect
  • -align-landmarks command seemed to be missing.
  • Medical imaging "swiss army knife" - very useful, thanks.
