Hi!
I found BB because I'm looking for a solution to SYNC all my browsers favorites/bookmarks in my PC. There are other solutions out there already what do exactly that BUT they require you to log in to it's site and have your bookmarks loaded in some-place-in-the-world hard disk, and I totally disagree with this approach. >:(
I think there should be a button to "One Touch Easy...

If I use BookmarkBridge to view the bookmarks in FF, I can see them there but do not see them when I view the list of bookmarks in FF. I have uninstalled, rebooted and then reinstalled. It worked the first few times but then stopped. Any suggestions? Thanks, Carl.

I made no changes to windows or the latest Firefox and IE 7. The merging worked fine for a time, but has stopped. Still gives the confirmation that merging was complete. Frustrating.

Bookmark bridge worked great with Firefox and IE prior to reloading windows.
The only thing I can think that is different is that I now have IE7 and Firefox 3.0.3.
I have IE and FF set as both source and destination browsers
PLEASE help, I am lost without my favourite tool.

Hi!
For me BookmarkBridge is an absolutely indispensable tool. I always use different browsers because each of them performs better with certain websites and not at all for others. Without BB, I must duplicate a lot of effort keeping the bookmarks in sync. My regular browsers, all on Linux, are firefox 3.x, Konqueror (3.x) and Opera 9.x. I've been running OpenSuse for several years now, and...

Please add full support for Vista 64-bit. Currently when I try to merge IE 7 favorites into FireFox 3 Bookmarks, BookmarkBridge (Version 0.76 beta) errors with the message that the file is Read Only - it is not. The only attribute that may be stopping it is the "N" (Not Indexed) - I've turned Indexing off to drastically improve performance. "N" can "lock" the file if removed, and...

Ken,
I'm syncronising my bookmarks between IE (company uses ActiveX etc. for intranet applications) and Firefox (for browsing the internet) on one computer only.
I'm using the command line interface from a batch file in the startup folder to automatically sync bookmarks after logging in, using IE's favorites and two FF profiles both as sources and destinations.
Cross-computer syncing is...

Hi,
I've been using BookmarkBridge for years without any trouble, syncronising my bookmark collection between IE (forced to use it by the employer) and FF (for private use). Thanks for this really helpful tool!
After updating to FF 3 I had to learn that with this version the bookmarks.html file is no longer used, instead all bookmarks are being moved into a database (SQLite) during the...

I use Firefox, IE, Opera and Safari, on a single machine, and would like to keep them all regularly sychronised. (I would like to have them all in the source and target fields). Synchronising across machines is also good, but of secondary importance to me, as there are alternatives. Bookmark Bridge is GREAT, as it appears to be the ONLY software which comes close to what I would like to do. Keep...
